  • Bioactive glasses (pure or doped): massive, mesoporous, nanoparticles.
  • Calcium carbonate (pure or doped) based porous materials for bone substitution and drug release.
    • Synthesis (in solution, by fusion, by sol-gel, by micro-emulsion method).
    • Physical and Chemical characterizations (XRD, DSC/TGA/MS, ICP-OES, SEM EDS, mechanical testing).
    • Evaluations of in vitro and in vivo materials reactivity: bioactivity, cytotoxicity, biocompatibility.
