Molecular Electronics and Molecular Conductors

This research axis of our team is based on the design, the synthesis and the study of physicochemical properties (electrochemical, optical, ...) of electroactive species involving specific groups such as tetrathiafulvalens, pi-conjugated systems, dithiolene complexes, acetylurs or metallocens.

These kind of species easily convert in radical entities and are carry out as crystals or as thin films in organic electronic devices such as OLEDs (organic diodes), OFETs (field effect organic transistors) or RRAMs (resistive RAMs).
