Research themes

• Development of new octupolar biphotonic absorbers.
• Synthesis and study of redox-switchable 3rd order organometallic NLO-phores.
• Use of the redox chemistry of organoiron compounds to switch the electron- or photon-transfer, and more recently to control catalytic reactions.
• Theoretical (DFT) and spectroscopic studies of various families of model compounds from the point of view of molecular electronics and photonics.
• Development of efficient synthetic methodologies to access the targeted molecules.
