The 5th Solar Fuels Days are organized by the Rennes Institute of Chemical Sciences (Gabriel Loget, Bruno Fabre and Jean-François Bergamini from MaCSE team). They will be held in Brittany at the Abbey of Saint Jacut-de-La-Mer from September 27 to 29, 2021.
These days are supported by the GDR Solar Fuels, the CNRS and the Brittany Region.
The challenges of new energy technologies and chemical storage of solar energy always require more fundamental and technological research. Ecologically and economically, the production of solar fuels or energy vectors y photo-catalysis, photo-electrocatalysis, artificial photosynthesis or via the coupling of processes constitutes a transversal discipline and in full development. These days are an opportunity to bring together the scientific community around these themes.
